The Best of Cluenatic

Cluenatic is a mindsport that lets you decode a lot about a personality by unraveling four clues: a) the lateral clue b)the name clue c) the trivia clue and d) the fame clue. I formulated this game in 2004. I ran it as a daily game on yahoo groups. I set nearly 300 puzzles. A kind soul named Chandramouli pitched in with the rest. LATERAL CLUE: Hangers & Mirrors = Suspend is to hang and mirror is glass. So Hangers & Mirrors is Suspenders & Glasses.
NAME CLUE: Cavy Lord = Cave is Lair & Lord is King. So Cavy Lord is Lairy King.
TRIVIA CLUE: Forget Ego & Yell Twice = Ego is I. Forget Ego means drop I. Yell is Shriek. When you drop I from Shriek it becomes Shrek. Twice is two times. So that's Shrek Shrek or Shrek 2.
FAME CLUE: Cyanide Mole Talkie = Chemical formula for Cyanide is CN. A mole is always notated by N. So Cyanide Mole should be CNN. A talkie is also a talk show. It all adds up to CNN Talk Show.
PERSONALITY: What connects Suspenders & Glasses, Lairy King, Shrek 2 & CNN Talk Show. Well the personality is obviously Larry King. Larry sports the trademark Suspenders & Glasses look in his famous Larry King Live show on CNN. The Shrek 2 connection is Larry King gave the voice over for the ugly stepsister in Shrek 2.
